Dealing with back pain is not a nice experience and even more so if when you head for bed you are sleeping on a mattress that is doing nothing to help relieve the pressure from your back.

Many people suffer with back pain either on or off or consistently and some do not realize that it could be from your bed.

If you do not have a mattress to support your back in the right places, then every day your back pain is going to become more irritated.

When you are lying down, you may feel that the pressure is off your back and this is very true however if your mattress is not supporting you in the right places for your spine and pushing on your pressure points, then when you wake up you are going to be in even more pain for the rest of the day, it is a never ending cycle.

However, you can break this cycle and the best way to do this is by investing in the memory foam mattress, memory foam for back pain is fantastic.

Due to the materials used to create memory foam when pressure is applied to it, it moulds naturally around your body shape and will become softer, but at the same time supporting your back and relieving the pressure points in all the right places to fight off back pain.

With memory foam also being heat sensitive you have another contribution to help relieve your back pain, memory foam for back pain is breaking the cycle and let it do the same for you.

Product Description
Iso•Cool™ pillows and mattress toppers feature Outlast® Adaptive Comfort® material that adjusts to the body's changing temperature. The microscopic Phase Change Material (PCM) beads sense whether the body's mean temperature is too warm or too cool. If the body's temperature is too warm, the product absorbs heat and feels cool in order to regulate body temperature. If the body's temperature is too cool, the product releases heat and feels warm in order to regulate the body temperature. Carpenter Co.'s Iso•Cool products feature the highest available concentration of PCMs, making them extremely effective. Iso•Cool pillows are available in two luxurious and supportive fills: spiral-spun polyester and visco-elastic foam. The Iso•Cool mattress topper is available as a polyester cover or as a 3-inch, high-density visco-elastic foam mattress pad with a polyester cover.

5 out of 5 stars 3 months later....   September 7, 2010
Roman T. Caldwell (Zanesville,OH USA)
3 months later, and this is still the same pillow I purchased. It hasn't shrunk a bit. It could be a bit softer, and cooler, but other than that it's an amazing pillow. Highly recommend!

2 out of 5 stars Too firm for me   August 28, 2010
Steven G. Berman (Warner Robins, GA)
My wife bought this for me to replace a different pilow we had received as gifts. This pillow is too large and firm for me. It doesn't really keep me cool. I'd prefer to go back to a regulars pillow, then at least I can turn it over to get the "cool" side.

4 out of 5 stars No worth the price   August 14, 2010

I have had always trouble finding good pillows that last. When I read the reviews for this pillow I believed I had finally find a good one. After a couple of months of using it, I am disappointed of it. It is good, but not that good for the price. I know it is better than other foam pillows, but I don't think it just because it is memory foam it is worth the price. I have got some cheap pillows (not foam) that are better for my neck, too bad they don't last. If you don't have neck problems, then it might be good for you. A good thing though, it is heavy, so it doesn't get pushed around when you switch sides.

5 out of 5 stars I love this pillow!   August 10, 2010
Susie (Oregon)
I bought the gussetted memory foam pillow in November and thought it was hard as a rock that first night. But the next morning my jaw felt looser than it had in years (I have TMJ issues) so I decided to keep trying the pillow in spite of how hard it seemed at night. A mattress salesman told me to beat it up a bit, knead it, roll it like a sleeping bag, to "break" the foam cells. I did that, and it softened up some. Now, nine months later, I wouldn't trade this pillow for any other. It's really helped with neck and shoulder issues too. But I'm surprised it doesn't come with instructions to make it more comfortable, since lots of people give up too soon.

5 out of 5 stars No Neck Problems Since!!!!   August 9, 2010
Coury
For several years, I have had issues with my rotator cuff and getting a stiff neck/arthritic neck. Sometimes it would impair me for days despite traditional heating pad followed by ice technique and ibuprofen.

However, since I acquired this pillow about 5 months ago, I have had NO neck problems AT ALL!!!! I love it! I Definitely recommend it!!!
